Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 23 kDa band in human colon, heart and ovary lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human thyroid gland shows cytoplasm and membranous staining in epithelial cells of the follicles. Recommended concentration, 2-5 μg/mL.
