Spezifität: This antibody is expected to recognize an epitope corresponding to aa 70-83 of human RXR beta protein and does not cross-react with either RXR alpha or gamma.

Aufreinigung: RXR beta antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: RXR beta antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of RXR beta.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 56.9 kDa according to NP_068811.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing RXRB a band of approximately 60 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
