Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 57 kDa band observed in A549 lysate . In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing IRF5 a strong band of approximately 60 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 57.8 kDa according to NP_001092099.1. Recommended concentration, 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. IHC: This antibody showed nuclear staining in Human Cervix, as confirmed by anonymous customer (data not shown). Chromatin immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been successfully used in human monocyte-derived dendritic cells.
