Spezifität: This antibody is expected to recognize the alpha (ADH1A, NP_ 000658), the beta (ADH1B, NP_000659) and gamma (ADH1C, NP_000660) polypeptide variants of human alcohol dehydrogenase.

Aufreinigung: ADH1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: ADH1 antibody was raised against an 11 amino acid synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of ADH1.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 38 kDa band observed in human liver lysates (calculated MW of 39.9 kDa according to NP_000658.1, NP_000659.2 and 000660.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.5 μg/mL.
