Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Approximately 20 kDa band in mouse small intestine lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.1 kDa according to NP_035833.2. The 20 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
