Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 27 kDa band in all human, mouse and rat tissue and cell line lysates tested after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 27 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
