Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Western Blot: In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing TANK2 a band of approximately 127 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 127 kDa according to NP_079511.1. Recommended concentration, 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Full image caption: HEK293 overexpressing TANK2 (lane 4) and TANK1 (lane 2) and probed with 42-018 (mock transfection in first lane). Lane three is empty. Lower panel shows the same lysates probed for alpha-Actin to show protein levels. Primary incubation (0.5 μg/mL) was overnight at 4 °C. Detected by chemiluminescence.
