- BTG2 antibody can be used for detection of BTG2 by ELISA at 1:62500. BTG2 antibody can be used for detection of BTG2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

- The protein encoded by BTG2 is a member of the BTG/Tob family. This family has structurally related proteins that appear to have antiproliferative properties. This encoded protein is involved in the regulation of the G1/S transition of the cell cycle.
