Applikationshinweise: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (5 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:32000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 35kD band in Human, Mouse and Rat Heart lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 250kD according to NP_115571.1. The 35kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
