Andere Bezeichnung RET (RET Antibody Abstract)
Hintergrund Ret proto-oncogene encodes a cell surface glycoprotein belonging to a member of the receptor tyrosine kinase family and is located on chromosome 10q11.2. Ret is observed in several regions of the central nervous system, in the developing cranial nerve ganglia and a subset of cells within dorsal root ganglia, in motor neurons in the spinal cord and hindbrain.Synonyms: C-ret, CDHF12, Cadherin family member 12, Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor ret
Gen-ID 5979
NCBI Accession NP_065681
UniProt P07949
Pathways RTK Signalweg, Dopaminergic Neurogenesis, Regulation of Cell Size, Tube Formation
Applikationshinweise Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: diluted of 1: 10-1: 20 in an ABC method (90 minutes at room temperature), requires hightemperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Recommended Positive Control: Small intestine.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
