Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 40kD band observed in nuclear, but not in cytosolic lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 37.7kD according to NP_003185.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
