Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:32000)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90kD band in Human Testis lysates and 100kD in Rat Testis lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 170kD according to NP_005682.2. The 90kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. - Kommentare
