SNRK is a member of the sucrose nonfermenting (SNF)-related kinase family of serine/threonine kinases (Kertesz et al., 2002 [PubMed 12234663]).[supplied by OMIM, Apr 2009].. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen SNRK Antikörper (52) und SNRK Proteine (6) und viele weitere Produktgruppen zu diesem Protein an.

Report the crystal structure of an N-terminal SNRK fragment containing kinase and adjacent ubiquitin-associated (UBA) domains. This structure shows that the UBA domain binds between the N- and C-lobes of the kinase domain. The mode of UBA binding in SNRK largely resembles that in AMPK (zeige PRKAA1 ELISA Kits) and brain specific kinase (zeige EPHA5 ELISA Kits) (BRSK), however, unique interactions play vital roles in stabilizing the KD-UBA interface of SNRK.
SNRK in cardiomyocytes is responsible for maintaining cardiac metabolic homeostasis, which is mediated in part by ROCK, and alteration of this homeostasis influences cardiac function in the adult heart.
Differential expression of SNRK in early versus late stage disease suggests specific roles for SNRK in ovarian cancer metastasis.
These findings reveal a novel function for SNRK in the regulation of colon cancer cell proliferation and beta-catenin (zeige CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) signaling.
SNRK could mediate some of the physiological effects of LKB1 (zeige STK11 ELISA Kits)
SNRK may act as a suppressor of adipocyte inflammation and its presence is necessary for maintaining normal adipocyte function.
