Both univariate and multivariate analysis demonstrated that REG1A expression was associated with OS and PFS, and conducted harmful effects on nasopharyngeal carcinoma progression and survival. This study suggested that REG1A expression could serve as an independent adverse factor for survival in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
Reg (zeige EXTL3 Antikörper) I may play a role in the maintenance of mucosal barrier function by inducing tight junction proteins such as claudins 3 and 4.
the prognostic value of procalcitonin (PCT (zeige UROD Antikörper)), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (zeige CRP Antikörper) (hs-CRP (zeige CRP Antikörper)), and pancreatic stone protein (PSP) in children with sepsis, was investigated.
REG (zeige EXTL3 Antikörper)-I is expressed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and is associated with a longer survival status.
We have established a novel, three-protein biomarker panel that is able to detect patients with early-stage pancreatic cancer in urine specimens:LYVE-1, REG1A, and TFF1 (zeige TFF1 Antikörper) were selected as candidate biomarkers
post-operative serum PSP (zeige MSMB Antikörper) levels were significantly associated with the presence of infection in both the on-pump and off-pump setting.
REG (zeige EXTL3 Antikörper) Ialpha protein may play a role in angiogenesis during progression of gastric cancer
PSP/reg is significantly up-regulated in T2DM patients, and PSP/reg levels are related to the duration of diabetes.
the expression of REG (zeige EXTL3 Antikörper) Ialpha and REG (zeige EXTL3 Antikörper) Ibeta may be upregulated in human beta cells under inflammatory conditions through the JAK (zeige JAK3 Antikörper)/STAT (zeige STAT1 Antikörper) pathway
Collectively, these findings suggest that REG (zeige EXTL3 Antikörper) Ialpha activates c-Jun (zeige JUN Antikörper) via the JNK (zeige MAPK8 Antikörper) and ERK (zeige EPHB2 Antikörper) pathway, thereby enhancing radiosensitivity
This gene is a type I subclass member of the Reg gene family. The Reg gene family is a multigene family grouped into four subclasses, types I, II, III and IV, based on the primary structures of the encoded proteins. This gene encodes a protein that is secreted by the exocrine pancreas. It is associated with islet cell regeneration and diabetogenesis and may be involved in pancreatic lithogenesis. Reg family members REG1B, REGL, PAP and this gene are tandemly clustered on chromosome 2p12 and may have arisen from the same ancestral gene by gene duplication.
