These observations suggest that tumor cell-derived inflammatory cytokines increase L-PGDS (zeige PTGDS Proteine) expression and subsequent PGD2 (zeige PTGDS Proteine) production in the tumor endothelial cells (ECs). This PGD2 (zeige PTGDS Proteine) acts as a negative regulator of the tumorigenic changes in tumor ECs.
Exposure of macrophages to cyclooxygenase (COX-2) inhibitors RhoA (zeige RHOA Proteine) and LA-4 cells to antagonists of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) receptor , PGD2 (zeige PTGDS Proteine) receptors or the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF (zeige HGF Proteine)) receptor c-Met (PHA (zeige LBR Proteine)-665752), reversed EMT (zeige ITK Proteine) inhibition by the conditioned medium
Ptgds (zeige PTGDS Proteine) is targeted and repressed by the CUL4B (zeige CUL4B Proteine)/PRC2 complex.
Thermodynamic and nuclear magnetic resonance analyses demonstrated that L-PGDS binds to nicotinamide coenzymes, including NADPH, NADP(+), and NADH.
Prostaglandin D2 synthase is a novel MR target (zeige PTGDS Proteine) gene in adipocytes.
When prostaglandin D2 synthase (zeige PTGDS Proteine) is upregulated it participates in the regulation of peripheral nervous system myelination.
expression of L-PGDS (zeige PTGDS Proteine) in mouse lungs decreased neutrophilic infiltration, ameliorating lung inflammation in mice.
Silencing of PTGDS (zeige PTGDS Proteine) also alleviated H-rev107 (zeige HRASLS Proteine)-mediated suppression of cell migration and invasion
In this report, we show for the first time that alteration of the P (zeige PTGDS Proteine)TGDS-governed PGD2 pathway disturbs testicular migration in mice.
Data indicate a PLA2G3 (zeige PLA2G3 Proteine)-lipocalin (zeige APOD Proteine)-type PGD2 synthase (L-PGDS)-PGD2 (zeige PTGDS Proteine) receptor DP1 (zeige PTGDR Proteine) loop that drives mast cell maturation.
Serum levels of beta trace protein and beta 2 microglobulin (zeige B2M Proteine) can be used to predict residual kidney function in hemodialysis patients.
BTP and B2M (zeige B2M Proteine) levels are less affected than serum by amputation, and should be considered for future study of GFR (zeige RAPGEF5 Proteine) estimation
Hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (zeige HPGDS Proteine) defines a proeosinophilic pathogenic effector human T(H)2 cell subpopulation with enhanced function
levels of L-PGDS (zeige PTGDS Proteine) in cervicovaginal secretions of pregnant women at different stages of parturition correlate with preterm birth.
PTGDS (zeige PTGDS Proteine) mRNA expression was down-regulated in rapid-cycling bipolar disorder patients in a euthymic, depressive, and manic/hypomanic state compared with healthy control subjects.
Expression of MR and prostaglandin D2 synthase (zeige PTGDS Proteine) is strongly correlated in adipose tissues from obese patients.
These data indicate that scalp is spatially programmed via mast cell prostaglandin D-synthase (zeige PTGDS Proteine) distribution in a manner reminiscent of the pattern seen in androgenetic alopecia.
These results suggest that L-PGDS (zeige PTGDS Proteine) acted as a scavenger of biliverdin, which is a molecule not found in normal CSF (zeige CSF2 Proteine).
Lipocalin (zeige APOD Proteine)-type prostaglandin D2 (PGD2) synthase (L-PGDS) interacts intracellularly with the G protein-coupled receptor (zeige ADRA1A Proteine) DP1 (zeige PTGDR Proteine) in an agonist-independent manner.
The protein encoded by this gene is a glutathione-independent prostaglandin D synthase that catalyzes the conversion of prostaglandin H2 (PGH2) to postaglandin D2 (PGD2). PGD2 functions as a neuromodulator as well as a trophic factor in the central nervous system. PGD2 is also involved in smooth muscle contraction/relaxation and is a potent inhibitor of platelet aggregation. This gene is preferentially expressed in brain. Studies with transgenic mice overexpressing this gene suggest that this gene may be also involved in the regulation of non-rapid eye movement sleep.
