The protein encoded by COL6A5 is a collagen that contains N- and C-terminal von Willebrand factor A-like domains. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen Collagen, Type VI, alpha 5 Antikörper (2) und und viele weitere Produktgruppen zu diesem Protein an.
This study demonstrated that an association between COL6A5 gene and familiar chronic itch, suggesting a new contributor to the pathogenesis of neuropathic itch.
The collagen VI alpha5 chain is selectively localized at the basement membrane of myotendinous (zeige TNC ELISA Kits) junctions.
Our results suggest that COL29A1 is unlikely to contain genetic variants that have a major effect on eczema or atopy susceptibility.
The role of the COL29A1 gene as an atopic dermatitis gene was not supported. Also, COL29A1 did not play a substantial role in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma.
unlike eczema, genetic variation at COL29A1 and IL31 (zeige IL31 ELISA Kits) loci is unlikely to impact inflammatory bowel disease risk
The protein encoded by this gene is a collagen that contains N- and C-terminal von Willebrand factor A-like domains. The encoded protein may interact with the alpha 1 and alpha 2 chains of collagen VI to form the complete collagen VI trimer. Sequence polymorphisms in this gene have been linked to atopic dermatitis (eczema). Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other probably not protein-coding, have been found for this gene.
