Mouse (Murine) Polyclonal CCT3 Primary Antibody für ELISA, WB - ABIN4289313
Barbe, Lundberg, Oksvold, Stenius, Lewin, Björling, Asplund, Pontén, Brismar, Uhlén, Andersson-Svahn: Toward a confocal subcellular atlas of the human proteome. in Molecular & cellular proteomics : MCP 2008
These results suggest that the gamma subunit of chaperonin CCT plays an essential role in retinotectal development.
Suggest that CCT3 is indispensible for hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation, and provides a potential drug target for treatment of HCC (zeige FAM126A Antikörper).
Overexpression of CCT3 in the nuclei of cancerous cells is associated with hepatocellular carcinoma progression. CCT3 may be a target that affects the activation of STAT3 (zeige STAT3 Antikörper) in HCC (zeige FAM126A Antikörper).
Expression of S100A9 (zeige S100A9 Antikörper) and CCTgamma was significantly elevated in liver tissue of patients with cholangiocarcinoma compared with controls.
Our results implicate a novel cell signaling loop in HCt116 cells involving p53 (zeige TP53 Antikörper) and TCP1-gamma phosphorylation, which may be related to regulation and action of centrosomes.
Among ten hepatocellular carcinoma cases with amplicon 1q21-q22, significant gene expression level of JTB (zeige JTB Antikörper), SHC1 (zeige SHC1 Antikörper), CCT3 and COPA (zeige COPA Antikörper) in the tumors than the paired adjacent non-malignant liver tissues.
Cellular chaperonin (zeige HSPD1 Antikörper) CCTgamma contributes to rabies virus replication during infection.
The protein encoded by this gene is a molecular chaperone that is a member of the chaperonin containing TCP1 complex (CCT), also known as the TCP1 ring complex (TRiC). This complex consists of two identical stacked rings, each containing eight different proteins. Unfolded polypeptides enter the central cavity of the complex and are folded in an ATP-dependent manner. The complex folds various proteins, including actin and tubulin. Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized for this gene. In addition, a pseudogene of this gene has been found on chromosome 8.
