Beschreibung: DS-01-0270 is human Kallikrein, a serine protease produced through the cleavage of Prekallikrein by Factor XII that may be of interest as a cancer marker. Kallikreins consist of a heavy chain and light chains and cleaves Plasminogen to generate Plasmin. This product has been produced by activation of Prekallikrein using Factor XIIa. The Factor XIIa is then removed using affinity chromatography. Synonyms: KLK3.
