Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended for use in standard solid phase immunoassays. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Konzentration: 1.050mg/ml One unit of activity is defined as the amount of antigen that will generate an absorbance of 1.2 when assayed using standard procedures for enzyme immunoassay. Activity will vary with assay conditions.

Reinigung: Purified from rabbit thymus through the use of immobilized human anti-Ribosomal P immune globulins. Other antigens (Sm, RNP, Scl-70, SSA(Ro), SSB(La), Jo-1) are not detected with ELISA assays.

Buffer: 0.01M Tris, 0.53 Sodium Chloride. Preservative: 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Lagerung: Product unstable above 0°C. Aliquot and store at –70°C + 10°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Inactivation Not applicable.
