Beschreibung: Human Fatty Acid Binding Protein-s exhibit high affinity for small lipophilic ligands. Studies suggest that FABPs are involved in the uptake and metabolism of fatty acids, maintenance of cellular membrane fatty acids levels, intracellular trafficking, modulation of specific enzymes of lipid metabolic pathways, as well as in the modulation of cell growth and differentiation. Recombinant human FABP-1 was expressed from E. coli and purified through proprietary method.

Buffer: Sterile filtered and lyophilized without additives

Lagerung: The lyophilized protein is best-stored desiccated below 0 °C. Reconstituted human FABP-3 should be stored in working aliquots at -20 °C. Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4 °C for 1 week or – 20 °C for future use.
