Produktmerkmale: The biological activity of murine C-10 was determined by a chemotaxis assay using mouse spleen MNCs. The maximal activity was achieved at 100 ng/ml.

Beschreibung: Murine C-10 is a member of the C-C chemokine family of proteins related to macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha (MIP-1 alpha ). The recombinant murine C-10 is a 10.7 kDa protein containing 95 amino acid residues.

Buffer: Lyophilized with no additives

Lagerung: The lyophilized C-10 is best-stored desiccated below 0 °C. Reconstituted C-10 should be stored at working aliquots at -20 °C. Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers or stored in working at –20 °C for future use.
