Produktmerkmale: Determined by its inhibitory effect of the 4-1BBL mediated stimulation of IL-8 production by human PBMC. About 90% of inhibition was seen using a concentration of 1 μ g for both 4-1BBL and 4-1BBR.

Beschreibung: Human 4-1BB Receptor (4-1BBR) is an inhibitor of 4-1BBL and can block 4-1BBL bioactivity. Recombinant human 4-1BBR is a 17.8 kDa protein containing 167 amino acid residues of extracellular domain of 4-1BBR without signal peptide (Gene accession # NP_001552).

Buffer: Lyophilized with no additives

Lagerung: The lyophilized protein is best-stored desiccated below 0 °C. Reconstituted human 4-1BBR should be stored in working aliquots at -20 °C. Reconstitution: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4 °C for 1 week or – 20 °C for future use.
