| Applikationshinweise | SARS matrix peptide is used for blocking the activity of the SARS matrix antibody. It usuallyblocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
