Anthrax peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Anthrax edema factor antibody. Itusually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA by incubating the peptide withequal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
