Applikationshinweise
|
Adiponectin peptide is used for blocking the activity of the Anti-adiponectin antibody. Itusually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptidewith equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
