Anwendungen
| Applikationshinweise | ADAM10 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-ADAM10. Incubating the peptidewith equal volume of ADAM10 antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks theantibody activity in Western blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
