| Applikationshinweise | This peptide may be used for Neutralization and Control experiments with the polyclonalantibody that reacts with this product and human G protein alpha inhibitor 1/2,catalognumber ABIN126381. Using a solution of peptide of equal volume and concentration to the correspondingantibody will yield a large molar excess of peptide (~70-fold) for competitive inhibition ofantibody-protein binding reactions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Add. Information: This antigen is a 10 amino acid synthetic peptide whose sequences are derived fromhuman G protein alpha inhibitor 1/2 protein.
