Beschreibung

The sensitive measurement of Human Factor X total antigen is easily performed with this 96 well strip format ELISA kit. Factor X and Xa will be detected by the assay. Sample volume required: 100 μl. Sample types: Plasma, serum, tissue extracts, cell culture media or lysates. Total incubation time: 105 minutes. Reagents included: 1. 96-well microtiter strip plate: 8X12 removable well strips containing anti-human Factor X capture antibody dried and blocked on the surface2. 10X Wash Buffer: 1 bottle of 50ml, bring to 1X using DI water3. Human Factor X standard: 1 vial of lyophilized standard4. Anti-human Factor X primary antibody: 1 vial of lyophilized polyclonal antibody5. Anti-rabbit secondary antibody: 1 vial concentrated HRP labeled antibody6. TMB substrate solution: 1 bottle of 10ml solution
