HOXC9 (zeige HOXC9 ELISA Kits) regulates formation of parachordal lymphangioplasts and the thoracic duct in zebrafish via stabilin 2.
Data show that the hyaluronan receptor for endocytosis (HARE) NPLY2519 motif is necessary for both extracellular signal-regulated kinases ERK1/2 (zeige MAPK1/3 ELISA Kits) and NF-kappa B (NF-kappaB (zeige NFKB1 ELISA Kits))signaling and that Tyr2519 is critical for these functions.
Stabilin-2 can play a critical role in the first entrapping step of LN metastasis through homotypic interaction with the lymphatic endothelium and appears to be a tumor biomarker predicting for LN metastasis in patients with solid tumors
HARE/Stabilin-2 splice variants are expressed in bone marrow, lymph node, and spleen
a Link domain complex N-glycan is required specifically for HARE.hyaluronic acid-mediated activation of ERK1/2 (zeige MAPK1/3 ELISA Kits) and NF-kappaB (zeige NFKB1 ELISA Kits)-mediated gene expression
Loss of Stabilin-2 expression in peri (zeige PLIN1 ELISA Kits)-tumourous transdifferentiated liver endothelial cells correlates with increased survival by preventing endothelial-tumour cell adhesive interactions and microvascular invasion.
HARE may be part of a systemic tissue-stress sensor feedback system that responds to abnormal tissue turnover or damage as a danger signal
stabilin-2 acts as a receptor for necrotic cell clearance.
Hyaluronan binding to HARE mediates NF-kappaB (zeige NFKB1 ELISA Kits)-activated gene expression in a dose-dependent manner.
knockdown of endogenous alphavbeta5 expression or treatment with a function-blocking alphavbeta5 antibody significantly decreased stabilin-2-mediated phagocytosis in the absence of soluble factors
Ligament Flavum (LF) hypertrophy is accompanied by increased CD44 (zeige CD44 ELISA Kits) and CD44v5 expression. CD44v6 expression is not enhanced in LF hypertrophy.
Stab2 recognizes phospatidylserine exposed on apoptotic cells for sensing as an "eat-me" signal.
Results show that Stab2 contributes to phosphatidylserine-dependent myoblast fusion and provide new insights into the molecular mechanism by which phosphatidylserine mediates myoblast fusion during muscle growth and regeneration.
A dramatic elevation in circulating hyaluronic acid levels in Stab2-deficient mice without any overt phenotype, is reported.
Adrenomedullin (zeige ADM ELISA Kits) treatment from day 14 to day 20 promoted the differentiation of stabilin-2-positive endothelial cells.
we show that stabilin-1 and stabilin-2 in hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells (HSECs) are critical in effectively clearing damaged RBCs in mouse liver
Data suggest that stabilin-1 (zeige STAB1 ELISA Kits) and -2 together guarantee proper hepatic clearance of potentially noxious agents in the blood and maintain tissue homeostasis not only in the liver but also distant organs.
FEEL-1 (zeige STAB1 ELISA Kits) and this protein are endocytic receptors for advanced glycation end products.
analysis of mouse fasciclin-containing genes (betaigH3, periostin (zeige POSTN ELISA Kits), stabilin-1 (zeige STAB1 ELISA Kits), and stabilin-2) expression patterns during valvuloseptal morphogenesis
describe the development of hepatic sinusoids in mice based on the expression of hyaluronan receptors Stab2 and Lyve-1 (zeige LYVE1 ELISA Kits)
Stabilin-2-mediated aggregation is mediated by homophilic interactions and enhanced in the presence of Ca(2 (zeige CA2 ELISA Kits)+) and Mg(2 (zeige MCOLN1 ELISA Kits)+). Interestingly, exogenous addition of FAS1 (zeige FAS ELISA Kits) domains but not EGF (zeige EGF ELISA Kits)-like domains enhances stabilin-2-mediated cell aggregation
This gene encodes a large, transmembrane receptor protein which may function in angiogenesis, lymphocyte homing, cell adhesion, or receptor scavenging. The protein contains 7 fasciclin, 15 epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like, and 2 laminin-type EGF-like domains as well as a C-type lectin-like hyaluronan-binding Link module. The protein is primarily expressed on sinusoidal endothelial cells of liver, spleen, and lymph node. The receptor has been shown to bind and endocytose ligands such as hyaluronan, low density lipoprotein, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and advanced glycosylation end products. Supporting its possible role as a scavenger receptor, the protein has been shown to cycle between the plasma membrane and lysosomes.
