Spezifität: This antibody reacts with human factor VIII related antigen. It stains endothelial cells and megakaryocytes in various human tissues. This antibody does not cross-react with any other cell types.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Although not required, proteolytic treatment may enhance the immunostaining in overfixed tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic

Konzentration: 1 to 4 ug/ml

Buffer: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
