Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Epithelial Membrane Antigen (EMA)
Immunogen BALB/C mice were immunized with human milk fat globule membranes.
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotyp IgG1 kappa  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon GP1-4
Spezifität This antibody reacts with an antigen of 265-400 kD belonging to a heterogeneous group of heavily glycosylated proteins called human milk fat globule proteins. It stains both normal and neoplastic cells. Among normal epithelia, it reacts strongly with mammary epithelium and glandular epithelia but shows a patchy staining with squamous epithelium.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Enzymatic predigestion of paraffin embedded tissues is not necessary but in some tissues it may enhance the immunostaining. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma. Cellular localization: Cell membrane, cytoplasmic
Konzentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
