Spezifität: This antibody is specific to 39 kD protein known as DNA polymerase beta. DNA polymerase beta comprises an amino-terminal 8 kD domain and a carboxy-terminal 31 kD domain. DNA Polymerase beta, a DNA repair polymerase, is constitutively expressed in cultured cells. DNA polymerase beta fills single nucleotide gaps in DNA produced by the base excision repair pathway of mammalian cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Testis.
