Spezifität: This cocktail antibody reacts with an immediate early and early CMV antigens. The antibody stain infected cells giving a nuclear staining pattern with an immediate early and an early antigen. In Western blot, DDG9 reacts with 76 kD protein, where as CCH2 reacts with a 43 kD protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Proteolytic treatment is required prior to immunostaining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Positive Control: Infected cervix. Cellular localization: Nuclear

Konzentration: 1 to 4 ug/ml

Buffer: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
