Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Cystatin A
Immunogen Human Cystatin A.
Format Supernatant
Isotyp IgG1  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon WR-23-2-2-3
Spezifität This antibody reacts with 11-13 kD protein, Cystatin A. Cystatins are endogenous inhibitors of lysosomal proteases that form a superfamily, which is classified into 1, 2, and 3 families. Cystatin A is thought to be a tumor suppressor, since a inverse correlation seems to exist between the level of Cystatin A and tumor progression. Cystatin A has been implicated in aging of tissues, Alzheimer disease, viral infection and inflammatory processes.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Pretreatment with trypsin is required for paraffin sections. Positive Control: Brain. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
Konzentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer This antibody is supplied as tissue culture supernatant containing sodium azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Forschungsgebiet Serum/Plasma Proteine
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
