This antibody is specific to a 34 kD protein identified as cyclin D3. It shows no cross reactivity with other cyclin Ds. Cyclin D3 can phophorylate pRB when associated with cdk4 and/or cdk6.

Applikationshinweise
|
Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:75 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. This antibody is suitable for frozen tissue sections only and is not recommended for formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma.
