Spezifität: This antibody recognizes an epitope located in the amino acid residue 410-419 of human oncogene product c-myc. This antibody reacts with both components of the p62c-myc-p64c-myc. This antibody cross reacts with human p62/64c-myc but does not react with mouse p62/64c-myc protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma. Cellular localization: Nuclear Other Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting (1:100-500).
