Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung CD75
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotyp IgM kappa  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon LN1
Spezifität This antibody reacts with a 45-85 kD antigen present on the B cells derived from the germinal center. It reacts with the epithelial cells of breast, prostate, kidney, pancreas and lung. This antibody is an excellent marker for the identification of germinal center derived B cell lymphomas and leukemias.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Konzentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Forschungsgebiet CD Antigene
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
