Spezifität: The human leukocyte common antigen is a family of five or more high molecular weight glycoproteins of MW 180, 190, 205 and 220 kD, present on the surface of the majority of human leucocytes. This antibody labels lymphoid cells. It labels neoplastic B and T cells in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and in leukemias of B and T cell types.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane

Konzentration: 1 to 4 ug/ml

Buffer: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
