Spezifität: This antibody reacts with an antigen expressed by normal and neoplastic T cells and myeloid lineage cells. It strongly stains T cells in the interfollicular areas of normal lymphoid tissues.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane

Konzentration: 1 to 4 ug/ml

Buffer: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
