Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung CD15
Immunogen Purified neutrophils from normal human peripheral blood.
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotyp IgM kappa  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon MY-1
Spezifität The specificity of this antibody is similar to antibodies Leu-M1, T 9 and VIM-D5, recognizing an epitope involving the carbohydrate sequence 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllacetosamine. This antibody reacts with an antigen located on mature granulocytes and on Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Konzentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Forschungsgebiet CD Antigene
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
