Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen Prokaryotic recombinant protein corresponding to the external domain of the CD10 glycoprotein.
Format Supernatant (prediluted)
Isotyp IgG1  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon 56C6
Spezifität This antibody is specific to human CD10 antigen of 100 kD, also known as common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen (CALLA). CD10 antigen has been identified on the surface of early lymphoid progenitor cells, immature B cells with in adult bone marrow and germinal center B cells with in lymphoid tissue.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM Citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Cell membrane
Konzentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Forschungsgebiet CD Antigene
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
