Spezifität: Syrian Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e (Clone 500 A2) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD3e. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The CD3 complex is present on thymocytes and mature T-lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: IHC (Frozen), FC, IP, FA Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections at a working dilution of 1:10 - 1:50. Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing CD3e. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing CD3e with =0.5 g per 1 x 106 cells in a total staining volume of 100 l followed by staining with a suitable secondary antibody. Functional Assay: Binding of Syrian Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e (Clone 500A2) to CD3 initiates the intracellular biochemical pathway resulting in cellular activation and proliferation of mouse T cells. However, it is recommended to use Anti-Mouse CD3e Purified Low Endotoxin Functional Formulation (Leinco Prod. No.: C219) for functional assays. Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
