Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Caspase 9
Immunogen A synthetic peptide from the middle of human Caspase 9.
Format Ig-fraction, Purified
Spezifität This antibody reacts with a 46 - 48 kD protein. Activation of procaspase 9 by Apaf-1 requires proteolytic cleavage to generate the mature Caspase molecule. Once activated, Caspase 9 can initiate a Caspase cascade involving the downstream executioners Caspase 3, 6 and 7. Caspase 9 is essential for apoptosis during the normal development of the central nervous system.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:50-1:100 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Stomach. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
Konzentration 100ug/ml approximately
Buffer Purified immunoglobulin fraction of rabbit antiserum against Caspase 9 containing sodium azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Forschungsgebiet Apoptose/Nekrose
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
