Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen BALB/C mice were injected with a synthetic peptide of amino acid 3-14 (Cys-QSNRELVVDFLS) of human bcl-X protein.
Format Supernatant
Isotyp IgG2a  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon 2H12
Spezifität This antibody recognizes a 27 kD protein identified as bcl-XL protein. This antibody is highly specific to bcl-X and does not show cross reactivity with bcl-2 alpha or bax protein. This antibody cross reacts with human, mouse, rat and pig.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Positive Control: Hodgkin
