Spezifität: This antibody reacts with bcl-6 gene product in follicular lymphomas, diffuse large B cell lymphomas, Burkitts lymphomas and in nodular, lymphocyte predominant Hodgkins disease. bcl-6 is a proto-oncogene that encodes Kruppel-type Zinc-finger protein of 95 kD and shares homology with transcription factor. Bcl-6 is mainly expressed in normal germinal center B cells and related lymphomas. This antibody cross reacts with human, cow, rabbit, rat, sheep and pig.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 60 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. High temperature antigen unmasking using 1mM EDTA (pH 8.0) is recommended for formalin fixed paraffin tissues sections. Positive Control: Tonsil. Cellular localization: Nuclear

Buffer: This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
