Spezifität: Rat Anti-Mouse Pre-B-Cells (Clone BP-1) recognizes Mouse Pre-B-Cells. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. Antigen Distribution: The BP-1 antigen is present on pre-B cells and newly formed B-cells in mouse hematopoietic tissues. The antigen may function as a cell adhesion molecule.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: FC, IP FC: This antibody can be used at a concentration of = 1.0 g per 100 l of whole blood (or per 1.0 x 10^6 cells in a 100 l total staining volume). Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Konzentration: 0.5 mg/ml

Buffer: This Fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Lagerung: This Fluorescein conjugate is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
