Spezifität: This antibody reacts with amyloid deposits in all organs and tissues. It reacts specifically with amyloid A protein in the native fibrils as well as fixed fibrils but does not show any reactivity with non-amyloid A fibril protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:10-1:25 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Kidney. Cellular localization: Extracellular

Buffer: This antibody is supplied as tissue culture supernatant containing sodium azide as preservative.
