Spezifität This antibody is specific for alpha-skeletal muscle actinin and alpha-cardiac actinin. It stains Z lines and dots in stress fibers of myotubes in skeletal and cardiac muscle but not in non- sarcomeric muscle elements. This antibody shows wide range of cross reactivity with various mammalian species.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Titer/Working Dilution: This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method. However, depending on the staining conditions employed, we suggest that final dilution should be determined by the user. Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive Control: Skeletal muscle. Cellular localization: Cytoplasmic
