Beschreibung: Antibody solution in stabilizing phosphate buffer pH 7.3. Contains 0.09 % sodium azide**. The volume is sufficient for at least 50 immunohistochemical tests (100 ul working solution / test). Use appropriate antibody diluent.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Der Antikörper kann auf Paraffin- oder Kryostatmaterial eingesetzt werden. Bei Kryostatmaterial ist eine kurze Fixierung der Schnitte (2 min) mit 4% gepufferter Formollösung empfehlenswert, da das S-100 Antigen sich andernfalls aus dem Gewebe lösen kann. neat Positive Control: Skin, myelinated nerves

Buffer: 5 ml phosphate buffered antibody solution containing BSA and sodium azide (0.09%) as preservative. Volume sufficient for 50 IHC stainings.
