Applikationshinweise: C, P , In formaldehyde-fixed material pre-treatment with trypsin (0,1% in TBS containing 0,1% CaCl2, pH 7.8) 15 -30 min at 37°C is recommended. neat Positive Control: Skin (sweat glands)
